Terms and Conditions of Morgan's Driving Academy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Morgan's Driving Academy! These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Morgan's Driving Academy and outline the rules and regulations for engaging in driving lessons with us. By scheduling a driving lesson with Morgan's Driving Academy, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Instructor

Morgan's Driving Academy is owned and operated by Morgan Quinn, a certified driving instructor. Morgan Quinn or a qualified representative will conduct all driving lessons unless otherwise specified.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of driving lessons. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

b. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson, the client will be charged the full amount for the lesson. This fee must be paid before rescheduling another lesson.

c. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be granted in case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. Please contact Morgan's Driving Academy as soon as possible in such situations.

1. Payments

a. Payment Due Date: Payments for driving lessons must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

b. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Payment details will be provided upon booking a lesson.

c. Late Payments: Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of scheduled lessons until payment is received in full.

1. Lesson Conduct

 

a. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Late arrival may result in a shortened lesson duration without a refund.

b. Attire: All drivers must wear suitable footwear during driving lessons. Open-toed shoes, high heels, and other inappropriate footwear are not permitted for safety reasons.

​

c. Personal Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. Individuals with offensive body odor or unclean clothing may be refused entry into the vehicle.

d. Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during lessons. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the lesson without a refund.

1. Liability

a. Insurance: Morgan's Driving Academy carries liability insurance covering our instructors and clients during driving lessons.

​

b. Limitation of Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our clients during driving lessons, Morgan's Driving Academy shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the lessons, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Morgan's Driving Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or other appropriate means.
